What are Tape in Hair Extensions?

Tape-in hair extension is hair strand extensions attached to sticky tabs. These tabs are similar to medical-grade tapes, which can be used to close wounds and surgical incisions. Tape-in hair extensions come in various lengths, styles, and colors, meeting the different requirements of many customers. Tape-in hair is sold in wefts instead of individual strands. Since there is more hair on each weft, each piece covers a wider area of the head. If installed correctly, it has a flat, seamless finish that clips and beads can’t always accomplish. Tape-in hair extensions are recommended for thinner hair because the wefts create less tension on your natural hair than most other extensions. Tape-ins work well on any hair straight, wavy, or curly hair texture. Those with a curlier texture need to take extra care of their tape-ins to prevent them from getting tangled.
