Hair extensions offer an instant and dramatic change in style for a client. They add length, volume, color and movement to hair and come in a variety of forms.

Many salons now offer hair extension services, using either short term or long term extensions as part of their services or as a standalone service. If you can provide hair extension services, you can offer your clients instant length or volume without them having to wait years for their hair to grow naturally or if they can’t achieve the volume they want.

In this course you will be learning Tape Hair Extensions.

Tapes are a type of permanent hair extension consisting of a 4cm wide weft of hair secured at the top of the clients natural hair with a sticky tab that is attached to the hair. The adhesive used on tape extensions is a gentle medical glue the same as what is used in plasters and other medical forms.
