How to Apply:

The Basic Sandwich Technique – Step by Step Instructions

The Basic Sandwich is the most popular application method. Note, this method should not be used on extremely fragile/fine hair.

Section the Hair: Neatly section your hair to prepare for your first row of tape-ins.
Remove Adhesive Backing: Remove the adhesive backing to reveal the bond.
Place and Stick: Firmly secure the tab against your hair.
Place Underneath: With a rat tail comb take a thin section and divide the hair (you should be able to see through them) under the top tape. Remove the strip covering the adhesive on the bottom extension. Lift the hair making sure the attachment is flexible and comfortable create a “sandwich” by matching end to end placing the bottom tab on the underside and press firmly! Preferably with hair pliers for the best result. Don’t pull too tight, as this can cause damage. Clean off excess hair that isn’t attached to the adhesive.
